Indian Institute of Carpet Technology (IICT), Srinagar invites applications from eligible registered carpet weavers and artisans for Skill Up-Gradation Training on Silk Carpet Weaving on Modern Looms, under the SAMARTH – Capacity Building in Textiles Sector scheme by the Ministry of Textiles, Govt. of India.

| Attendance | Aadhaar Enabled Biometric Attendance System |
| Stipend | ₹5100 (via DBT after successful assessment) |
| Selection | Trade Test + Interview by Designated Committee |
| Venue | Training centers in carpet-craft concentrated areas of respective districts |
